I heard the phrase 'Settle it' then the Scriptures Ps 119:89. Then I heard, 'Having done all to stand, stand'. (Read Eph 6vs 11-14 AMPC).
Psalms 119:89 AMP
Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven [standing firm and unchangeable].
Blue Letter Bible
Settled: stand, to take one's stand, established, stationed, take an upright position, to stand firm, set, to cause to stand erect, to fix, to establish.
Stand: to stand, to place, to make firm, fix, establish, to stand immovable, to stand firm, continue safe & sound, stand unharmed, to stand ready and prepared, to be of a steadfast mind, one who does not hesitate or waiver
God's Word is true, fixed and established. We have been given promises through His Word for our families. We are not to be discouraged, doubtful, weary etc. God has said it through His Word then we have to come in agreement with it. 'Settle it'. His Word does not return to Him void.
Our part - believe it, confess, and stand, which means we are not to waiver at the promise but to be fully persuaded/convinced like Abraham was. As we remain standing firm in our faith, those promises that are already settled will come to pass.
