Luke 4:18-19 AMPC
The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good news (the Gospel) to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity], [19] To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound]. [Isa. 61:1, 2.]
That last line has not left my spirit for days.

...God sent His Son Jesus to bring this message to the world. In fact, in His first sermon, Jesus boldly proclaimed it was now “…The acceptable year of the Lord, the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound” (Luke 4:19 AMP).
We know that God’s Word cannot change and it will not return to Him void. It will accomplish that which He sent it to do. He will have a people that will be fruitful. God will have a generation that will receive His promise and welcome this day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound.
I looked up the word profusely and I found out that it means “to radiate with abundance; plentifully, abundantly, extravagantly, freely.” Now that ought to make you shout! That’s the kind of free favors that our God has prepared for His children. You are destined for abundance!
Jesus said, “…I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows]” (John 10:10 AMP).
One definition of overflow is “to have a boundless supply; be superabundant.” ...

Luke 4:19 (AMP) says, “To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord—the day when, salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound.” In other words, God is saying when His favors profusely abound in your life, then you will go beyond the limitations that have been there in the past, and you’ll break barriers that you’ve never been able to break before.
Lay hold on what belongs to you as one who is in Christ Jesus. Expect freedom in every area. Expect restoration and increase. The dictionary also defines the word favor as: “to endorse, to support, to assist, to make easier, to provide with advantages, to show special privileges, or to be featured.”...
...The Spirit of God told me to write this down, and I encourage you to read it and keep it before you as encouragement. “Begin to expect Me to show up in everything you do and everywhere you go so I can support you, endorse you, assist you, make things easier, provide you with advantages, and grant special privileges.”...
...I believe that God truly desires to demonstrate this kind of favor which He calls “immeasurable, limitless and surpassing” to a people who will no longer lean to the arm of the flesh but simply trust Him. It’s time for God’s favor to profusely abound, so let it happen and keep praising Him for it.
