1 Tim 2:1-4

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

We prayed for those in authority and for the Church.

Prayed…

  • Oh, we bless You today Lord Jesus. We honour You Lord Jesus. Your Word tells us You shall have dominion from sea to sea. Lord we declare and say to Canada that, “Jesus Christ is Lord and Jesus Christ shall have dominion from sea to sea, in Jesus’ name.” The Church shall arise in this nation to make know the truth of this gospel and You shall have dominion. All Your enemies shall bow before You and lick the dust. Visit them in the night season. Make known Your plans, ways, and strategies they need to know for the good of this land and nation. And we cut off everyone who refuses to bow, in the name of Jesus. We bind the blindness of the anti-Christ over our leaders and Church leaders, in the name of Jesus. We come against every wicked operation of darkness arrayed against the Church—the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church. We cut it off at the rood, in Jesus’ name. O,h we speak the shalom of God. We speak peace, peace, peace to this nation. Peace to those in authority. Peace to the Church. Shalom, shalom. Thank You Lord. You are the Lord of the turnaround. You are the God of the breakthrough! The God of the breakthrough! The God of the breakthrough! Wisdom for the breakthrough for all those in authority.

Father we call for Your Spirit to be poured out upon the Church for the land, for those visible manifestations. We call for the incredible joy overtaking the people of God. We call for the people to come out of the valley and make a decision for life. We call for a magnitude of restoration—restoration to all that ‘s been lost or stolen, in the name of Jesus. Lord, this is Your harvest and now is Your time and You have found a people who will arise in You and flow with You in these rivers of life to minister the truth of the gospel. The truth of Jesus, that You a good and Your mercies endure. I thank You for fruit, fruit, much fruit. Much asking, much fruit, in Jesus’ name. Miracle turnarounds, miracle turnarounds. Miracle healings. Ha! Ha! Ha! We call for the doors, the doors to men’s hearts to open. We call for that in the name of Jesus. We call for doors to open wide to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Labourers Lord, labourers Father. We pray for those Spirit filled labourers who will minister in power and demonstration. Who are not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation. Oh, Father help the labourers to see what You’re seeing. Open eyes—eyes to see Your guidance and wisdom. Open eyes to understand the turning. Ha! Ha! Ha! It’s a new day! It’s a new day! Hallelujah! And Your the God of the new day. It’s not the day of COVID, it’s the day of the Lord. Attention is shifting! Attention is shifting! Hallelujah! Angels on assignment! Angels on assignment! Angels on assignment! Ha! Ha! Ha! Thank You Father for a new strength—a new corporate strength. Oh, it’s a new day! It’s a new day! It’s a new day! Ha! Ha! Ha! Everything changed, but it’s a God change—it’s a God change! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Oh, we’re in step with the Holy Ghost! We’re in step with the Holy Ghost! Ha! Ha! Ha! Timing’s perfect, timing’s perfect. Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! It’s a God turnaround! It’s a God turnaround and we’re not looking back. Ha! Ha! Ha! Oh, abundant grace. Great are Your mercies. Oh, the plan of God stands. The purpose of God stands. And there’s a people who will stand—standing together, undivided. Ha! Ha! Ha! Praise be to God! The following was taught and prayed through during our 9:30 a.m. family prayer time with Sue DeGroot

You will do everything you have promised; LORD, your love is eternal. Complete the work that you have begun GNT Psalm 138:8
Cast your burden on the Lord [releasing the weight of it] and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail). [I Pet. 5:7.] Ps 55:22 AMPC

Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.] 1 Peter 5:7 AMPC

Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. Philippians 4:6 AMPC

And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us. And if (since) we [positively] know that He listens to us in whatever we ask, we also know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that we have [granted us as our present possessions] the requests made of Him. 1 John 5:14-15 AMPC

God’s Word is true, He is faithful and His promises are yes and amen, therefore as we await for the manifestations we are to cast all cares, burdens, worries and anxiety regarding the situation upon the Lord.

We prayed towards those in Prominent positions – influential – celebrities.

Prayed…

  • Watch your love walk – you never know who you’re rubbing shoulders with
  • You need to be on your toes
  • They can be incognito
  • We are people of influence – influencing people of influence

Psalm 57:1-3,5, 7-11
Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me!
For my soul trusts in You;
And in the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge,
Until these calamities have passed by.
2 I will cry out to God Most High,
To God who performs all things for me.
3 He shall send from heaven and save me;
He reproaches the one who would swallow me up. Selah
God shall send forth His mercy and His truth.
5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
Let Your glory be above all the earth.
7 My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast;
I will sing and give praise.
8 Awake, my glory!
Awake, lute and harp!
I will awaken the dawn.
9 I will praise You, O Lord, among the peoples;
I will sing to You among the [a]nations.
10 For Your mercy reaches unto the heavens,
And Your truth unto the clouds.
11 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
Let Your glory be above all the earth.
Psalm 138:8
The LORD will perfect that which concerns me;
Your mercy, O LORD, endures forever;
Do not forsake the works of Your hands.

Perfect: (this is the same word for “perform” in Psalm 57:2)
-to end, finish, accomplish, to come to an end, cease, fulfill.
It refers to the completing, finishing and perfecting of God’s work in one’s life…God begins to work out His purposes in the life of His servant and continues His work until it is absolutely and completely done.

Footnote for 138:8-
This thought that God will perfect (fulfill) all of His promises and purposes in a man’s life is confirmed by Paul in Phil. 1:6 and Peter in 1 Peter 5:10.

Phil1:6
being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;

1 Peter 5:10-11
But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. 11 To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

1 Peter 5:6
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,

– there is an exalting coming because of humility

Col. 4:2-6
Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving; 3 meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains, 4 that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
5 Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. 6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.
A Prophetic Word spoken over Deborah by Dr. Mark Barclay – October 5, 2008

“The Lord says there’s a gift of healing that is freshly ignited in you. To lay hands on the sick that they would recover. Both in services and in the hospitals. I’m going to speak to you, my daughter, and you’re going to RUN FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE. Those that you hear are suffering and hurting – THE COMPASSION -that’s why it gets you. It’s the COMPASSION of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. The anointing will become more intense. Sure it will. But you will know that you know where to go and how to do it and I’m going to anoint you to do it. In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.”

Prayed…

Father we hold up the flooding situation in Midland, Michigan. You make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray You make a door for help. I thank You that opportunities to preach to gospel are opening up to bring in a harvest. What the enemy meant for evil, You are turning it for good.
I thank You Father You are using Living Word Church as a beacon of light and hope in the darkness. On the latter end there will be a flood of souls.

Daniel 10: 1, 4-14
In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a message was revealed to Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar. The message was true, but the appointed time was long; and he understood the message, and had understanding of the vision.
4 Now on the twenty-fourth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, that is, the Tigris, 5 I lifted my eyes and looked, and behold, a certain man clothed in linen, whose waist was girded with gold of Uphaz! 6 His body was like beryl, his face like the appearance of lightning, his eyes like torches of fire, his arms and feet like burnished bronze in color, and the sound of his words like the voice of a multitude.
7 And I, Daniel, alone saw the vision, for the men who were with me did not see the vision; but a great terror fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves. 8 Therefore I was left alone when I saw this great vision, and no strength remained in me; for my vigor was turned to frailty in me, and I retained no strength. 9 Yet I heard the sound of his words; and while I heard the sound of his words I was in a deep sleep on my face, with my face to the ground.
10 Suddenly, a hand touched me, which made me tremble on my knees and on the palms of my hands. 11 And he said to me, “O Daniel, man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright, for I have now been sent to you.” While he was speaking this word to me, I stood trembling.
12 Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words. 13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia. 14 Now I have come to make you understand what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision refers to many days yet to come.”

Kingdom Dynamics for Dan 10:13 – ” Angels’ Influence over Nations “
ANGELS. Some angels have influence over nations. The ruling prince of Persia, an evil angel whose abode is in the heavenlies (the invisible realm), attempted to keep the captive Israelites from returning to their homeland. This gives us insight into the powerful control such principalities and rulers of darkness may exercise over nations and national issues. In this same chapter we see two other angelic “princes” who rule nations: Michael, “one of the chief princes,” who rules and guards the activities of Israel (v. 13); and the “prince of Greece” (v. 20), who, as it was prophesied, would eventually come and take predominance over the “prince of Persia” then in control.

God promised us Goshen – we are going to Goshen! We are praying against those strongholds (withholding, withstanding, resisting spirits) which are attempting to keep us out of buying real estate in our city.

We move into the spirit and deal with this this morning. The best, of the best, of the best, of the best – no junk!

Prayed…

  • Oh, we say to the nations, the Lord Jesus Christ does reign! The Lord God Almighty reigns! We say to Canada, “The Lord God Almighty reigns and Jesus Christ is Lord from sea to sea!” Hallelujah! Oh, it is enough, it is enough, it is enough—move forward, in Jesus’ name! Hear, hear, hear, the Word of the Lord. Ha! Ha! Ha! COVID-19—cut off! Cut off at the root, in Jesus’ name. Oh, this nation is moving forward; advancing toward purpose, toward destiny! I thank You Father. The plan of God be made clear. Be made clear—the plans of God. It’s time, it’s time, it’s time! Ha1 Ha! Ha! Oh, the wisdom of God directing the way. Ha! Ha! Ha! Oh, the Lord’s will be done, the Lord’s will be done. Ha! Ha! Ha!
  • I thank You Father You’re good to Your people. You’re good to this land. I thank You for Your mercies over Your works. Your mercies are over the nations. Oh Lord of the harvest we pray and ask You now to send forth Your labourers. Make known that You alone are the Lord God. You alone are Saviour, and there is no other. Stretch forth Your mighty hand that signs and wonders may be done to glorify Jesus. Oh, Father grant bold utterance to Your servants preaching the gospel. Ha! Ha! Ha! Lord we call forth those open doors. We call forth those open doors in families, regions, and territories. We call those doors to open wide, for the King of Glory is coming in. Oh, Father we pray for those key people, those evangelists You are preparing to rise up for such a time as this to make know You are the One true way and Saviour. Father we pray for an awakening in this younger generation that will go forth in power and demonstration. Ha! Ha! Ha! Oh, a younger generation coming out of darkness into the marvellous light of Jesus Christ. Ha! Ha! Ha! Lord we take our harvest, we take our harvest, we seize our harvest, in Jesus’ name. Their coming from the north, south, east, and west and they’re coming from near and afar and from the nations. We plead the blood of Jesus over this harvest. Devil get your hands off the harvest of our people. Ha! Ha! Ha! Oh, Your mercies endure Lord. Your compassion will not fail us. For You are the God Who liberally supplies all our needs. Finances are loosed to the kingdom. I thank You Father we—our ministry and us are tithers and we stand on Your Word according to Malachi 3:10-12. We are a blessing to the community and the Body of Christ. I remind you devourer, we are tithers and no weapon formed against us in judgment God shall condemn. Glory to God! Thank You Jesus! Thank You Lord! Glory to God! Glory to God! Glory to God! Praise the Lord! We decree, “The anti-Christ agenda cut off and defeated, in the name of Jesus.”

Isaiah 35:8
A highway shall be there, and a road,
And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.
The unclean shall not pass over it,
But it shall be for others.
Whoever walks the road, although a fool,
Shall not go astray.

2 Corinthians 6:11-18
O Corinthians! We have spoken openly to you, our heart is wide open. 12 You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted by your own affections. 13 Now in return for the same (I speak as to children), you also be open.
14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:
“I will dwell in them
And walk among them.
I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.”
17 Therefore
“Come out from among them
And be separate, says the Lord.
Do not touch what is unclean,
And I will receive you.”
18 “I will be a Father to you,
And you shall be My sons and daughters,
Says the LORD Almighty.”

We are building that highway of holiness up. People need to see and recognize that there’s only one way to be. We are to imitate God for He is holy.

Prayed…

  • Father we are here today to build this highway in the Spirit. You’re going to cause people who have been in Church a long time to walk this way of holiness. On this highway they don’t go astray. We pray for this open display of holiness. For people to come out of the darkness of being yoked with the spirit of the world, yoked with darkness. Father we pray they choose life in Christ—righteous living that comes from their heart with faith through trust and joy in Christ. Ha! Ha! Ha! I thank You Father for Your preachers preaching a clear message, the clarity of truth to set them free—to elevate them to a successful life in Christ Jesus. Ears to hear, ears to hear, ear to hear what the Spirit is saying. Eyes to see and perceive the way, and the truth, and the life of Christ Jesus. I thank You Father for road crews all over the earth praying towards the building of the highway. Thank You Lord—preachers of righteousness rising up unashamed with boldness, preaching the Word of God. Thank You Lord. Thank You Lord.

The following was taught and prayed through during our 9:30 a.m. family prayer time with Sue DeGroot

The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good news (the Gospel) to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity], To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound]. [Isa. 61:1, 2.] Luke 4:18‭-‬19 AMPC

We prayed for those in our families who are captive to addictions (such as drugs, alcohol, smoking, gambling, forms of media, eating, working, tattoos, piercings, lust/porn, etc.) to be set free.

Prov 4:20-26 NKJV

20 My son, give attention:
(make it a priority, enunciate and verbalized) to my words; Incline your ear:
(consent and submit) to my sayings.

21 Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart:
(violently protecting it)

22 For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh:(medicine, remedy, cure, deliverance, wholeness, yielding)

23 Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues:
(the borders and boundaries and your circumstances) of life.

24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips:(the opposite of what Hod says) far from you.

25 Let your eyes look straight ahead, And your eyelids look right before you:
(Don’t be DISTRACTED – stay in your lane)

26 Ponder the path of your feet, And let all your ways be established:
(to be erect, to set up, to be prepared, be sure, fixed, certainty, to fasten)

Matthew 6:25-34
“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one [a]cubit to his [b]stature?
28 “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not [c]arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Worry:
-to divide into parts
– it suggests a DISTRACTION, a preoccupation with things causing anxiety, stress, and pressure

The solution for this?
Hebrews 12:1,2
Looking Unto Jesus!

The Word wealth says it signifies UNDIVIDED attention looking away from all DISTRACTIONS in order to fix one’s gaze on ONE object. Having eyes for no one but JESUS.

We prayed for the Body of Christ to guard their hearts and keep their focus and undivided attention on JESUS!

Isaiah 38:1-5
In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him, “Thus says the LORD: ‘Set your house in order, for you shall die and not live.’ ”
2 Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the LORD, 3 and said, “Remember now, O LORD, I pray, how I have walked before You in truth and with a [a]loyal heart, and have done what is good in Your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.
4 And the word of the LORD came to Isaiah, saying, 5 “Go and tell Hezekiah, ‘Thus says the LORD, the God of David your father: “I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; surely I will add to your days fifteen years.

Job 42:10
And the LORD restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.

Word Wealth for “prayed”:
42:10 prayed, palal (pah-lahl); Strong’s #6419: To pray, entreat, intercede, make supplication. This verb occurs more than 80 times. Palal speaks of prayer as intercession, asking some-one with more power and wisdom to intervene in behalf of the one praying. For example, Hannah prayed for a son (1 Sam. 1:12); Hezekiah prayed for an extension of his life (Is. 38:2, 3); and Jonah prayed from within the fish’s belly (Jon. 2:1–9). Furthermore, palal is found in the promise of 2 Chr. 7:14, “If My people . . . will humble themselves, and pray . . . I will hear from heaven.” See other intercessory examples of palal in Gen. 20:7, 17; Num. 11:2; and 1 Sam. 12:23.

Eph 6:18
praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

We are praying for the healing ministry and our Mark 5 harvest.

Prayed…

  • Father we’re excited for we have been born for such a time as this! You will continue to enable us to pray. We lean on Your Holy Spirit to pray out the will of God for these people with diseases man has not found a cure for—such as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, injuries. Lord we just pray for these people. The scripture teaches us You’re good to all. It has been Your plan for healthy, whole, and perfectly sound bodies. We stand for the Sandys, the Lanres, who want to live and be healed—who are willing to hear the glorious gospel. We ask You now for the healing anointing in our lives. The anointing of Your Holy Spirit to intervene and heal and make whole, in the mighty name of Jesus. Jesus was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement for our peace was upon Him and by His stripes we were healed. Therefore, we are healed—You sent Your Word to be healed. We pray for faithful stewards to lay hands on the sick. We draw from the kingdom within us to pray out these divine visitations and interventions that He may be glorified. Stretch for Your mighty hands for signs and miracles to be done to glorify Jesus. Oh victory, victory, victory over sickness, disease, torment and depression! Victory, victory, victory in Jesus mighty name! Father I thank You that rivers of compassion are breaking out! Hallelujah! Praise be to God! Hallelujah! Thank You Jesus! Thank You Jesus! And Lord, we will take this burden upon our lives to pray out these purposes. It’s the dinner bell to get everyone’s attention. Thank You Lord. Thank You Jesus. Amen. Ha! Ha! Ha!

Prayer Summary for May 13, 2020

The following was taught and prayed through during our 9:30 a.m. family prayer time with Sue DeGroot

Based on James 5:4-Indeed the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.

Jerry Savelle:

Your harvest is crying out for you, but are you aggressively crying out for your harvest?
I declare to you today, it’s time for you to see the GLORY – manifested presence, power, and goodness – of God revealed in your life! When God shows up, everything holding you back, everything blocking your harvest, and every attack of the enemy must cease!

Remember, your harvest wants to be in your hands. Become aggressive about your harvest and begin crying out for it to manifest!

An associate of Jerry Savelle stated this:

Our harvest is crying out right now, God is waiting for us to cry out for it. When God hears a harvest cry, and hears the people cry (to whom it belongs) then He causes a divine appointment to come together. The harvest and the harvester come together. These are not cries of sorrow; these are cries of aggressiveness: “I want my harvest! It belongs to me.”

We prayed towards the harvest for Eagles Nest and our families.
