Prayer Summary for March 11, 2020

By | March Prayer Directives | No Comments

The following was taught and prayed through during our 9:30 a.m. family prayer time with Sue DeGroot

We know that our old (unrenewed) self was nailed to the cross with Him in order that [our] body [which is the instrument] of sin might be made ineffective and inactive for evil, that we might no longer be the slaves of sin. For when a man dies, he is freed (loosed, delivered) from [the power of] sin [among men].
Romans 6:6‭-‬7 AMPC

I had a dream involving a backslider who had a gun to kill themself. People were panicking and coming and informing me, but I had peace. Then, the gun went off. Then suddenly this person walked out from this smoky scene TOTALLY TRANSFORMED.
We prayed for those who are backslidden and in bondage/darkness to be set free. Their old man has died, and now a new creation in Christ. Repentant and hungry for the Word.

The following was taught and prayed through during our 6 a.m. prayer time with Deborah Borozny

1 Tim 2:1-4

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Prayed…

  • Oh, we magnify You Lord. We magnify You Lord. Oh, we bless You this day Lord Jesus. We bless You. We honour You. We lift You high.
  • Father we hold up those in authority and we pray and we ask You to strengthen them with mighty power to stand against wickedness, lies, and deception. Guide their decision. Let Your light shine upon their path and show them paths of reversal for every evil way. Surround them with Godly people who impart wisdom and wise counsel. And cause the way of the wicked to be set to confusion and come to nothing.
  • Deliver this nation from traps and snares the enemy has laid and let the wicked be caught in their own devises and be brought to shame. Ha, ha, ha! Oh, we plead the blood of Jesus over these offices, trusting You to set up those in authority and to take them down as pleases You.
  • Lord we pray towards that major shift amongst those in authority. Ha, ha, ha! Father we believe You for that turnaround in our nation for good, that we, the church, may lead a quiet and peaceable life on the earth.
  • Father we pray for an awakening to the Lordship of Jesus; an awakening of revival oh God, that will impact our society. We ask for those rains, for that mighty outpouring.
  • Lord we acknowledge Jesus, that it is only You that can change a nation. It is only You that can transform people. Ha, ha, ha! We pray to You, Lord of the harvest, for labourers for every region, every territory for this nation. Strong, Spirit-filled labourers – surrendered, willing labourers. Ha, ha, ha!
  • Lord we pray as Dr. Barclay just prayed for us and prophesied over Pastor Ric, he needs to be out on the airways, internet, TV and radio. We pray for those venues, for the door to open wide for the gift of God to advance and influence in a great way. Ha, ha, ha! Thank You Lord, Lord Jesus. Praise be to God! Praise be to God! Praise be to God! Thank You Lord!
  • Father we continue to build that highway for Africa. Father we trust we will have a clear word in season everywhere we go. Thank You Father for that double anointing.
  • Father we had hands laid on us for that double anointing. Thank You for our health Father in Jesus mighty name. We are redeemed from the curse of the law; pain and swelling must go. I thank You Father You are liberally supplying and filling to the full every need necessary for the going, and we thank You in Jesus’ name.
  • I thank You, You are preparing the hearts to receive the seed of the Word in Jesus’ name. Ha, ha, ha! I thank You Father for a Holy Ghost trip. Thank You for a Holy Spirit imprint left, hallelujah, in that land. Thank You Father.
  • Father we lift the nation of Israel. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We stand and believe Father God for shalom throughout the city. Shalom in the Knesset. Shalom in the leaders of this nation as they come together. We pray the peace of God for this hour. Ha, ha,ha! Oneness Father, we pray for that oneness, that oneness. Ha, ha, ha! Thank You Lord! Thank You Lord! Thank You Lord!
  • Praise, praise, praise be to God!
  • Father as Aaron and Hurs we hold up the arms of the persecuted church. We ask for and expect supernatural intervention, protection and provision for them in Jesus mighty name. Ha, ha, ha! Father we call the persecuted church blessed – blessed with the kingdom of heaven. Blessed because of their revilers and persecutors. We call them to rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is their reward in heaven.
  • Father I pray for that fresh new wind reviving them for a new day. Hallelujah! Thank You Lord! Praise God! Amen.

Isaiah 35
The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them,
And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose;
2 It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice,
Even with joy and singing.
The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it,
The excellence of Carmel and Sharon.
They shall see the glory of the LORD,
The excellency of our God.
3 Strengthen the weak hands,
And make firm the feeble knees.
4 Say to those who are fearful-hearted,
“Be strong, do not fear!
Behold, your God will come with vengeance,
With the recompense of God;
He will come and save you.”
5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened,
And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
6 Then the lame shall leap like a deer,
And the tongue of the dumb sing.
For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness,
And streams in the desert.
7 The parched ground shall become a pool,
And the thirsty land springs of water;
In the habitation of jackals, where each lay,
There shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
8 A highway shall be there, and a road,
And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.
The unclean shall not pass over it,
But it shall be for others.
Whoever walks the road, although a fool,
Shall not go astray.
9 No lion shall be there,
Nor shall any ravenous beast go up on it;
It shall not be found there.
But the redeemed shall walk there,
10 And the ransomed of the LORD shall return,
And come to Zion with singing,
With everlasting joy on their heads.
They shall obtain joy and gladness,
And sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
Isaiah 61:1-4
“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me,
Because the LORD has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD,
And the day of vengeance of our God;
To comfort all who mourn,
3 To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.”
4 And they shall rebuild the old ruins,
They shall raise up the former desolations,
And they shall repair the ruined cities,
The desolations of many generations.
Luke 4:18-19
“The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.”

Isaiah 40:3-5
The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
“Prepare the way of the LORD;
Make straight in the desert
A highway for our God.
4 Every valley shall be exalted
And every mountain and hill brought low;
The crooked places shall be made straight
And the rough places smooth;
5 The glory of the LORD shall be revealed,
And all flesh shall see it together;
For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”

Prayed…

  • Father we thank You in Jesus’ name. Thank You Lord. We invite You Holy Spirit to lead us, to guide us, to teach us, to revive us, to renew us. We invite You to come in and take over. We invite the rains – we ask largely to pour out on us, to pour out on the people of the land, to do the works You have called us to do. The works of God shall be visibly demonstrated. Hallelujah! And many shall turn their hearts to Jesus. Ha, ha, ha! Thank You Lord! Praise God.

Prayer Summary for March 5, 2020

The following was taught and prayed through during our 6 a.m. prayer time with Joanne Summers

1 Tim 2:1-4
Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

2 Corinthians 4:1-4 (MSG) – 1-2 Since God has so generously let us in on what He is doing, we’re not about to throw up our hands and walk off the job just because we run into occasional hard times. We refuse to wear masks and play games. We don’t maneuver and manipulate behind the scenes. And we don’t twist God’s Word to suit ourselves. Rather, we keep everything we do and say out in the open, the whole truth on display, so that those who want to can see and judge for themselves in the presence of God. 3-4 If our Message is obscure to anyone, it’s not because we’re holding back in any way. No, it’s because these other people are looking or going the wrong way and refuse to give it serious attention. All they have eyes for is the fashionable god of darkness. They think he can give them what they want, and that they won’t have to bother believing a Truth they can’t see. They’re stone-blind to the day-spring brightness of the Message that shines with Christ, who gives us the best picture of God we’ll ever get.

Psalm 119:18 (TPT) – Open my eyes to see the miracle-wonders hidden in your word.

Ephesians 1:17-18 (AMPC) – 17 [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him, 18 By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones)…

There is a veil of darkness and ignorance on the hearts of all men, with respect to divine and spiritual things; their understandings are darkened. This veil must be removed; the scales must drop from their eyes; their eyes must be opened and enlightened, before they can discern spiritual things contained in the word of God; and even good men need to have the eyes of their understandings more and more enlightened into these things, as the psalmist petitions, and the apostle prays for the Ephesians.

We are praying for the removal of all veils/scales that have hidden truth from both Believers and unbelievers.

Prayed…

  • Oh, thank You Father. Father we thank You for this opportunity, we yield ourselves to Your Spirit. We ask You to use us for Your purposes this morning—we are Your mouthpiece in the earth. You’ve given us the authority to call things that be not as though they were. You’ve given us the authority and power to pull down these highest principalities and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms. For they are a powerful class of demon-gods and evil spirits that hold this dark world in bondage (Ephesians 6:12 (TPT). We exert our authority right now and we bind you, in the name of Jesus. We pull down every work of darkness, deception, lies, confusion—Ha! Ha! Ha! You’re a defeated foe, in the name of Jesus.
  • We pray for open eyes and open ears to hear what the Spirit of God is saying this morning. Oh, we pull down that spirit of pride, in the name of Jesus. We pray for such an outpouring of Your Spirit on this Nation and the nations of the earth—a deluge Father God, saturating men’s hearts. We clear the way that they may hear, we clear the way that they may see the light of the gospel. Open doors to men’s hearts this morning so that the Holy Spirit can bring enlightenment. Light! Light! Light! The light of the gospel dispelling darkness, in the name of Jesus. Oh, say, say, say—we say it! Veils removed and scales taken off blind eyes! We declare, “They see the light of the gospel.” Father we pray for our spiritual leaders who have been deceived and are preaching false doctrine to their people. Open their eyes Father, convict their hearts that they may turn back to the Truth. The Spirit of the Lord be upon them this morning. Return to the Truth! Return to the Truth! Humble yourselves! Humble yourselves and allow the Spirit to lead you and guide you so that you can preach and teach the Truth uncompromised, in the name of Jesus. Return to the truth! Return to the truth! So the people can walk in the truth. That they might understand their authority that they would walk in the of the truth of God’s Word.
  • Labourers, labourers, labourers—they’re arising, they hear the call of their Master and they go forth. Open doors—open doors to bring the Word. To bring the Truth to the harvest—the lost and dying—to set the captives free, that open prison doors! Ha! Ha! Oh, conviction comes to these—the Word pierces their heart. There’s a turning this morning—a coming, repentance. Ah, many in the valley of decision are returning to the Truth. Damascus Road experiences—Oh, the light comes. Ha! Ha! The Word runs swiftly and is received. Oh, the harvest from our families, the harvest from our city, the harvest from our Nation, and from the nations of the earth. The harvest comes from every tribe, tongue, and people. Oh, they come from the north, south, east, and west.
  • Father God we pray for wisdom for our government. From our Prime Minister to city council—for our judges. Ha! Ha! Wisdom for our health care officials, our armed forces, police forces and our border guards. May they fulfill their duties in the fear of the Lord. Yes, the fear of the Lord! We cover our Nation under the blood of Jesus.
  • We cover Israel under the blood of Jesus. Father we thank You for Your protection over the Nation of Israel this morning. We thank You for wisdom for the government. Ha! Ha! Oh, the government is being organized according to Your plans Father. Oh, they will not be overwhelmed by their enemies. Oh, they seek the face of their Father—their Messiah, and He’ll show them the way—God plans, God strategies. Oh, thank You Father. Thank You Father
  • Ah the days of God’s glory covering the earth as the waters cover the sea. Nothing shall stop the plans of God! We declare, “Fulfillment in this Nation of every plan and purpose of God!” The Church arises! The Church arises! The Church arises and She stands in Her authority and the power of the Spirit of God! We’re taking ground this morning—we’re taking back what belongs to us—it belongs to us! Satan you’re a defeated foe! You have no authority, and you have no power, Jesus stripped you of it! Your hour is coming, and you will be bound and cast into the pit of hell! Ha! Ha! The purified Church is arising! The purified Church is arising—unstoppable! Ha! Ha! Ha! Thank You Father—Your Church is unstoppable! Ah, our God goes before us! Our God is in the midst of us and we give Him praise! And we give Him glory! And we give Him thanks! In Jesus’ name!

Prayer Summary for March 4, 2020

The following was taught and prayed through during our 9:30 a.m. family prayer time with Sue DeGroot

The accounts of the wind and waves obeying Jesus are found in Luke 8:22-25; Matt:23-27; Mark 4:35-41. Jesus and His disciples knew they were going to the other side. However, a storm arose, and the disciples became fearful, unlike Jesus who was peaceful, in fact sleeping. Jesus arose, rebuked the wind (root) and spoke peace to the waves (symptoms).

Definition of Peace – Greek word – siopao – silence, i.e. a hush, properly, muteness, i.e. involuntary stillness, or inability to speak.

We have the promises of God regarding situations, however, before the manifestations, storms arise. Our prayer for the families of Eagles Nest is that they remain focused on the Word of God, give no voice to the lies of the enemy (shh), only believe and declare His Word.

Prayed…

  • Oh, we thank You Lord. You’re the Lamb that was slain for the sins of the world. The Lion of the Tribe of Judah—the soon returning King! We exalt You this morning. We thank You for being our God—for being our Saviour; for being our Redeemer. We honour and we worship You this morning. Oh, thank You Father.
  • We cover Canada under the blood of Jesus. We declare no weapon formed against this Nation shall prosper. We come against every disease and virus and we apply the blood of Jesus and we say this new virus shall not run rampant in this Nation. We thank You Father that You’re giving our health care workers the wisdom they need—the doctors Lord—all those who are in charge during this time. They will know how to handle things. We thank You Father. We bind that spirit of fear, in the name of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus over every nation affected by this virus. We declare the blood is an antidote. Father we stand with those praying and believing for Your intervention.
  • We lift up our government this morning: from the Prime Minister’s office to city council; our judges. Father grant them Your wisdom—it will dismantle the wisdom of men, that the perfect will of God will be done in this nation and for our people. The fear of the Lord be upon them—the fear of the Lord! Ha! Ha! Ha!
  • Oh, hallelujah! Thank You Father for labourers! Labourers who will go through the open doors into our governmental offices to bring the Truth! Ha! Ha! Oh, yes, let the prophets arise and speak and declare You words! Oh, they shall speak what You would have them say and it shall be as they have spoken. Oh, they won’t be afraid of the faces of men. Father grant them boldness of utterance. Oh, the spiritual leaders in the Church are rising up and standing in their authority declaring the Word of the Lord! Father, strengthen them to stand to minister Your Word as You direct them. Thank You Father. Oh, open doors for Pastor Ric—many, many open doors. Oh, he has a word in season for this city, for this province, for this Nation. Oh, words in season for when he goes overseas.
  • Oh, we lift up the harvest this morning. Oh, the Word of the Lord running swiftly throughout this Nation—throughout the earth, penetrating the hearts of men. Ha! Ha! Open wide and receive the Word! Oh, the Word will bring life, and that more abundantly. Oh, we bind every work of darkness that’s blinding people’s eyes, keeping them from turning to You Father. Open eyes! Open eyes! Open eyes to see and ears to hear, to receive, to repent and turn to Christ. Thank You Father. The Labourers are busy, busy, busy—busy about the Father’s business. Full of the Word, full of the Spirit. The love of God, the compassion of God flowing out of them and ministering to the lost. Thank You Jesus.
  • Oh, we lift up Israel. Father we cover them under the blood of Jesus. We thank You for Your angels that are encamped about them on every side. Oh, thank You Jesus. We thank You Father for preserving You people. Oh, wisdom for the government in this hour Lord God. We pray for God strategies, God plans. Oh, they outsmart their enemies for they have a word on the matter. Wisdom for the generals, to know how to lead the army—no confusion and no fear, we bind that spirit in the name of Jesus. Oh, show Yourself strong on behalf of Your people Father. Oh, nations shall know that the Lord their God is with them. Shalom! Shalom! It’s Israel’s hour Lord God. Pour out Your Spirit upon them—revive them! Ha! Ha! They’re awakening to the truth of the God of their Fathers: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. An awakening unto righteousness, an awakening unto truth. There’s an awakening among the harvest of Israel. Thank You Lord.

Romans 2:4-6 (TPT) – 4 Do the riches of His extraordinary kindness make you take Him for granted and despise him? Haven’t you experienced how kind and understanding He has been to you? Don’t mistake His tolerance for acceptance. Do you realize that all the wealth of His extravagant kindness is meant to melt your heart and lead you into repentance? 5 But because of your calloused heart and refusal to change direction, you are piling up wrath for yourself in the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment is revealed. 6 For: He will give to each one in return for what he has done.

Acts 17:30 (TPT) – In the past God tolerated our ignorance of these things, but now the time of deception has passed away. He commands us all to repent and turn to God.

1 Peter 4:17 (TPT) – For the time is ripe for judgment to begin in God’s own household. And if it starts with us, what will be the fate of those who refuse to obey the gospel of God?

Psalm 51 (TPT) – 1–2 God, give me mercy from your fountain of forgiveness! I know Your abundant love is enough to wash away my guilt. Because Your compassion is so great, take away this shameful guilt of sin.
Forgive the full extent of my rebellious ways, and erase this deep stain on my conscience. 3–4 For I’m so ashamed. I feel such pain and anguish within me. I can’t get away from the sting of my sin against You, Lord!
Everything I did, I did right in front of You, for you saw it all. Against You, and You above all, have I sinned.
Everything You say to me is infallibly true and Your judgment conquers me. 5 Lord, I have been a sinner from birth, from the moment my mother conceived me. 6 I know that You delight to set Your truth deep in my spirit. So come into the hidden places of my heart and teach me wisdom. 7 Purify my conscience! Make this leper clean again! Wash me in Your love until I am pure in heart. 8 Satisfy me in Your sweetness, and my song of joy will return. The places within me You have crushed will rejoice in Your healing touch. 9 Hide my sins from Your face; erase all my guilt by Your saving grace. 10 Create a new, clean heart within me. Fill me with pure thoughts and holy desires, ready to please You. 11 May You never reject me! May You never take from me Your sacred Spirit! 12 Let my passion for life be restored, tasting joy in every breakthrough You bring to me. Hold me close to You with a willing spirit that obeys whatever You say. 13 Then I can show to other guilty ones how loving and merciful You are. They will find their way back home to You, knowing that You will forgive them. 14 O God, my saving God, deliver me fully from every sin, even the sin that brought blood-guilt. Then my heart will once again be thrilled to sing the passionate songs of joy and deliverance! 15 Lord God, unlock my heart, unlock my lips, and I will overcome with my joyous praise! 16 For the source of Your pleasure is not in my performance or the sacrifices I might offer to You. 17 The fountain of Your pleasure is found in the sacrifice of my shattered heart before You. You will not despise my tenderness as I humbly bow down at Your feet. 18 Because You favour Zion, do what is good for her. Be the protecting wall around Jerusalem. 19 And when we are fully restored, You will rejoice and take delight in every offering of our lives as we bring our sacrifices of righteousness before You in love!

We are praying Psalm 51 for the Church—that there will be true repentance amongst God’s people—a laying aside of every weight and sin that has hindered our walk with God and defiled us. Living our lives as disciples of Jesus Christ—in godly living: in word, deed, and action, bearing fruit that is pleasing unto God.

Prayed…

  • Father we lift up the Church this morning. Oh, the hour is crucial—these are the last days! We pray for such an awakening in the Body of Christ. An awakening unto righteousness—what is right, what is good, what is pleasing in Your sight Father. True repentance, a turning away from sin. A turning away from unrighteousness, ungodly ways. Times of consecration in the Church—humbling our hearts before our God. Forgive us Father where we have sinned; forgive us where we have rebelled against Your Word. We bring out those hidden sins and we lay them at the Cross and we receive the cleansing work of the blood of Jesus. Oh, we humble ourselves Lord God—forgive us, forgive us. You know our hearts Lord God. Oh, search our heats and see if there be anything within us that would defile us, that would cause our fellowship with You to be broken—help us Holy Spirit. We thank You for Your mercy towards us, Your unfailing love. Ha! Ha! Contrite hearts! Contrite hearts! Oh, we thank You Father. We thank You. Bring us back into right standing with You. We determine in our hearts Lord God to walk according to Your Word; to live according to Your Word; to act according to Your Word. We thank You for Your Holy Spirit Who is our Helper, Who strengthens us. He shows us what we need to do, and we are quick to obey. Thank You Father for Your mercy this morning—it’s new, it’s new! Oh, thank You Jesus. We are washed in the blood of the Lamb.

The following was taught and prayed through during our 9:30 a.m. family prayer time with Sue DeGroot

Heard the word Pillaging -plundering, stripping

Pillage Syn -booty, loot, plunder, spoil
Related -prize, catch, haul, treasure, windfall

1 Sam 30 AMPC
Now when David and his men came home to Ziklag on the third day, they found that the Amalekites had made a raid on the South (the Negeb) and on Ziklag, and had struck Ziklag and burned it with fire,
2 And had taken the women and all who were there, both great and small, captive. They killed no one, but carried them off and went on their way.
3 So David and his men came to the town, and behold, it was burned, and their wives and sons and daughters were taken captive.
4 Then David and the men with him lifted up their voices and wept until they had no more strength to weep.
5 David’s two wives also had been taken captive, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess and Abigail, the widow of Nabal the Carmelite.
6 David was greatly distressed, for the men spoke of stoning him because the souls of them all were bitterly grieved, each man for his sons and daughters. But David encouraged and strengthened himself in the Lord his God.
7 David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son, I pray you, bring me the ephod. And Abiathar brought him the ephod.
8 And David inquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them? The Lord answered him, Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.
9 So David went, he and the 600 men with him, and came to the brook Besor; there those remained who were left behind.
10 But David pursued, he and 400 men, for 200 stayed behind who were too exhausted and faint to cross the brook Besor.
11 They found an Egyptian in the field and brought him to David, and gave him bread and he ate, and water to drink,
12 And a piece of a cake of figs and two clusters of raisins; and when he had eaten, his spirit returned to him, for he had eaten no food or drunk any water for three days and three nights.
13 And David said to him, To whom do you belong? And from where have you come? He said, I am a young man of Egypt, servant to an Amalekite; and my master left me because three days ago I fell sick.
14 We had made a raid on the South (Negeb) of the Cherethites and upon that which belongs to Judah and upon the South (Negeb) of Caleb. And we burned Ziklag with fire.
15 And David said to him, Can you take me down to this band? And he said, Swear to me by God that you will neither kill me nor deliver me into the hands of my master, and I will bring you down to this band.
16 And when he had brought David down, behold, the raiders were spread abroad over all the land, eating and drinking and dancing because of all the great spoil they had taken from the land of the Philistines and from the land of Judah.
17 And David smote them from twilight even to the evening of the next day, and not a man of them escaped, except 400 youths who rode camels and fled.
18 David recovered all that the Amalekites had taken and rescued his two wives.
19 Nothing was missing, small or great, sons or daughters, spoil or anything that had been taken; David recovered all.
20 Also David captured all the flocks and herds [which the enemy had], and the people drove those animals before him and said, This is David’s spoil.
21 And David came to the 200 men who were so exhausted and faint that they could not follow [him] and had been left at the brook Besor [with the baggage]. They came to meet David and those with him, and when he came near to the men, he saluted them.
22 Then all the wicked and base men who went with David said, Because they did not go with us, we will give them nothing of the spoil we have recovered, except that every man may lead away his wife and children and depart.
23 David said, You shall not do so, my brethren, with what the Lord has given us. He has preserved us and has delivered into our hands the troop that came against us.
24 Who would listen to you in this matter? For as is the share of him who goes into the battle, so shall his share be who stays by the baggage. They shall share alike.
25 And from that day to this he made it a statute and ordinance for Israel.
26 When David came to Ziklag, he sent part of the spoil to the elders of Judah, his friends, saying, Here is a gift for you of the spoil of the enemies of the Lord:
27 For those in Bethel, Ramoth of the Negeb, Jattir,
28 Aroer, Siphmoth, Eshtemoa,
29 Racal, the cities of the Jerahmeelites, the cities of the Kenites,
30 Hormah, Bor-ashan, Athach,
31 Hebron, and for those in all the places David and his men had habitually haunted.

KEY VERSES 8, 18, 19

The following was taught and prayed through during our 9:30 a.m. family prayer time with Sue DeGroot

We prayed towards ‘Turnarounds’ for the familes of Eagles Nest, whether it be in regards to health, finances, marriages, families, relationships, growth in attendance, backsliders etc

A turnaround is a development or change that results in a favorable and beneficial outcome. Divine turnaround is when God steps into a specific situation to reverse the circumstance abruptly, turning it into a positive experience that is beyond human and scientific explanation

Read Deut 30 MSG regarding the backsliders

1-5 Here’s what will happen. While you’re out among the nations where God has dispersed you and the blessings and curses come in just the way I have set them before you, and you and your children take them seriously and come back to God, your God, and obey him with your whole heart and soul according to everything that I command you today, God, your God, will restore everything you lost; he’ll have compassion on you; he’ll come back and pick up the pieces from all the places where you were scattered. No matter how far away you end up, God, your God, will get you out of there and bring you back to the land your ancestors once possessed. It will be yours again. He will give you a good life and make you more numerous than your ancestors.

6-7 God, your God, will cut away the thick calluses on your heart and your children’s hearts, freeing you to love God, your God, with your whole heart and soul and live, really live. God, your God, will put all these curses on your enemies who hated you and were out to get you.

8-9 And you will make a new start, listening obediently to God, keeping all his commandments that I’m commanding you today. God, your God, will outdo himself in making things go well for you: you’ll have babies, get calves, grow crops, and enjoy an all-around good life. Yes, God will start enjoying you again, making things go well for you just as he enjoyed doing it for your ancestors.

10 But only if you listen obediently to God, your God, and keep the commandments and regulations written in this Book of Revelation. Nothing halfhearted here; you must return to God, your God, totally, heart and soul, holding nothing back.

11-14 This commandment that I’m commanding you today isn’t too much for you, it’s not out of your reach. It’s not on a high mountain—you don’t have to get mountaineers to climb the peak and bring it down to your level and explain it before you can live it. And it’s not across the ocean—you don’t have to send sailors out to get it, bring it back, and then explain it before you can live it. No. The word is right here and now—as near as the tongue in your mouth, as near as the heart in your chest. Just do it!

15 Look at what I’ve done for you today: I’ve placed in front of you
Life and Good
Death and Evil.

16 And I command you today: Love God, your God. Walk in his ways. Keep his commandments, regulations, and rules so that you will live, really live, live exuberantly, blessed by God, your God, in the land you are about to enter and possess.

17-18 But I warn you: If you have a change of heart, refuse to listen obediently, and willfully go off to serve and worship other gods, you will most certainly die. You won’t last long in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess.

19-20 I call Heaven and Earth to witness against you today: I place before you Life and Death, Blessing and Curse. Choose life so that you and your children will live. And love God, your God, listening obediently to him, firmly embracing him. Oh yes, he is life itself, a long life settled on the soil that God, your God, promised to give your ancestors, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Prayed…

  • Father we worship the name of Jesus Christ this morning. It’s the name that is exalted, and every knee shall bow to that name. And every person shall acknowledge He is Lord. We hallow Your name this morning Father. We worship and exalt You. You are the only God and there is no other.
  • Oh, we thank You Lord. Father we are citizens of Canada and we stand on guard for Her. We declare, “The blood of Jesus is preserving our Nation, the blood of Jesus is preserving our Nation.” We cover our borders with the blood so no evil shall penetrate this land. Our border guards are alert to everything that needs to be stopped. Father those who would bring perversion and every ungodly thing to our children, we ask You to remove them from that place of authority. We cover the minds of our children—their minds are preserves by the blood—we set it up as a standard against the evil that is being set up against them. Father the fear of the Lord be upon those in seats of authority—a holy fear of God. Convict them Lord God of the evil that they are doing—convict them this morning. The purposes of God shall be done in this Nation and for this people. We say, “There will be no aborting of the plans or the purposes of God for the Canadian people.” Times of the turnaround. Father You’re turning things around. It has begun in the spirit and will manifest in the natural. Ha! Ha! A changing of the guard! Father grant unto our government, from the Prime Minister’s Office to our judges, the wisdom of God—that they will have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying and be submissive and obedient to the instructions they are given.
  • We pray for the Church to arise and shine and let Her light be seen, that they would be the salt of the earth, maintaining their saltiness. Influencers on every level. Oh, that the Church would awaken and stand in Her authority and in the power that You have given Her. That sleeping giant awakening. Ha! Ha! Ha!
  • We cover our harvest under the blood of Jesus. The harvest from our homes. The harvest that belongs to Eagles Nest. The harvest out of our schools and universities. The harvest out of our government. The harvest out of our workplaces. Even the highways and the byways. We call them forth, in the name of Jesus. Father we pray, thrust forth Your labourers. Divine appointments this morning. Divine appointments. We declare, “There shall be no missed appointments.” The labourers come with a word. They come with the Truth. The anointing rest upon them as they speak the Word—it penetrates the hearts of men. Ha! Ha! Yes! Yes! Yes! Many surrendering to the truth and the truth is setting them free. Ha! Ha! We pull down the spirit of pride, we uproot that spirit of deception—the lies. We say, “No more confusion. No more resistance.” We declare that the harvest hungers and thirst after righteousness—they’re open to the Truth.
  • Father we lift up Israel and we pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We say, “Shalom, shalom, shalom be upon Her people.” We cover them under the blood of Jesus, and we say no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Oh, we call forth the harvest out of this nation. We say, “Come out, come out of the world.” Father that they will have ears to hear and eyes to see. Ha! Ha! The labourers bring the clear uncluttered, uncompromised Word. They preach the gospel of Jesus Christ which is the power of God unto salvation. We bind the spirit of fear—the labourers are not afraid of the faces of men. They know who they are, and they know Who has gone before them. Ha! Ha! Angels on assignment. Angels on assignments this morning. Father we pray for the government—give them strength Lord God to stand in these days. To hear the instructions of God and to follow them—for then it will be well for the people and the land. Grant them Your wisdom and discernment for the times. We thank You Father. Exposure of their enemies Lord God. Exposure of their enemies’ plans. Ha! Ha! The plans are not hidden but being made knows to those in authority.

Isaiah 53:3-10 (AMPC) – 3 He was despised and rejected and forsaken by men, a Man of sorrows and pains, and acquainted with grief and sickness; and like One from Whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or have any esteem for Him. 4 Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord has made to light upon Him the guilt and iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed, [yet when] He was afflicted, He was submissive and opened not His mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He opened not His mouth. 8 By oppression and judgment He was taken away; and as for His generation, who among them considered that He was cut off out of the land of the living [stricken to His death] for the transgression of my [Isaiah’s] people, to whom the stroke was due? 9 And they assigned Him a grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in His death, although He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth. 10 Yet it was the will of the Lord to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief and made Him sick. When You and He make His life an offering for sin [and He has risen from the dead, in time to come], He shall see His [spiritual] offspring, He shall prolong His days, and the will and pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.

Matthew 15:28-30 (TPT) – 28 Then Jesus answered her, “Dear woman, your faith is strong! What you desire will be done for you.” And at that very moment, her daughter was instantly set free from demonic torment. 29 After leaving Lebanon, Jesus went to Lake Galilee and climbed a hill nearby and sat down. 30 Then huge crowds of people streamed up the hill, bringing with them the lame, blind, deformed, mute, and many others in need of healing. They laid them at Jesus’ feet, and He healed them all.

We’re praying for Eagles Nest this morning—whatever healing we might be needing, whether sickness in our body or attacks on our mind for these things are under the curse. Galatians 3:13 (TPT) – Yet, Christ paid the full price to set us free from the curse of the law. He absorbed it completely as He became a curse in our place. For it is written: “Everyone who is hung upon a tree is doubly cursed.”

Prayed…

  • Father we thank You for the blood of Jesus it has the power to save, to heal, and to deliver. We hold up every family in Eagles Nest this morning who are walking out their healing. Who are standing on the Word that says, “By the strips of Jesus they are healed.” We declare that every member in this Body of Believers are walking in divine health and strength—spirit, soul, and body. Sickness, oppression, depression, and every form of assault on the human body has been nailed to the cross. We come against cancer, tumours, blood pressure, skin disease, heart disease, vertigo, oppression of the mind, intestinal issues and every disease known and unknown to man. We declare we have healthy eyes; our hearing is good—we are strong in our body. Father we pray over Eagles Nest:

    Psalm 91 (VOICE) – 1 He who takes refuge in the shelter of the Most High will be safe in the shadow of the Almighty. 2 He will say to the Eternal, “My shelter, my mighty fortress, my God, I place all my trust in You.”
    3 For He will rescue you from the snares set by your enemies who entrap you and from deadly plagues.
    4 Like a bird protecting its young, God will cover you with His feathers, will protect you under His great wings;
    His faithfulness will form a shield around you, a rock-solid wall to protect you. 5 You will not dread the terrors that haunt the night or enemy arrows that fly in the day 6 Or the plagues that lurk in darkness or the disasters that wreak havoc at noon. 7 A thousand may fall on your left, ten thousand may die on your right, but these horrors won’t come near you. 8 Only your eyes will witness the punishment that awaits the evil, but you will not suffer because of it. 9 For you made the Eternal [your] refuge, the Most High your only home. 10 No evil will come to you; plagues will be turned away at your door. 11 He will command His heavenly messengers to guard you, to keep you safe in every way. 12 They will hold you up in their hands so that you will not crash, or fall, or even graze your foot on a stone. 13 You will walk on the lion and the cobra you will trample the lion and the serpent underfoot. 14 “Because he clings to Me in love, I will rescue him from harm; I will set him above danger. Because he has known Me by name, 15 He will call on Me, and I will answer. I’ll be with him through hard times; I’ll rescue him and grant him honour. 16 I’ll reward him with many good years on this earth and let him witness My salvation.”

  • Father I thank You for Your Word. We’ve have set up the standard of the blood of Jesus that the enemy cannot cross. Father thank You that the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead is quickening our mortal bodies today and we thank You for that, in the name of Jesus.
